Daily Routine

Picture
Picture
I decided to include some simple daily routines that may be worth trying with children who are finding the new unstructured day difficult.    Many children would enjoy being part of making up these routines and with your guidance will include what needs to be done during the day as well as planning for their downtime and free play.

These are two routines that I thought were very practical and easy to make.   I like the clothes pegs as the children will enjoy taking them off as they work through the different times of the day.    As you can see, both of these routines are taken from occupationaltherapyabc,  this is an Instagram account run by an occupational therapist in Westport,  she often has some very practical, enjoyable activities accessible on her website, Facebook or Instagram pages.

This is programme that creates engaging resources that help kids develop a growth and resilient mindset so they can face life’s challenges with confidence. They email free printable worksheets every Friday when you subscribe at this link.
