Gross Motor Skills

Gross motor skills are the abilities required in order to control the large muscles of the body for walking, running, sitting, crawling , and other activities.   WHO recommends that  Children aged 5–17 should accumulate at least 60 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity physical activity daily.     Click on the images below to get some movement suggestions!
